How do I create a schedule?+

After signing in, go to your dashboard and click "New Schedule." Give it a name, set your available days and time slots, choose a duration for each booking, and save. Your schedule is immediately ready to accept bookings.

How does the booking process work?+

When someone opens your booking link, they see your available time slots. They pick a date and time, fill in their name and contact info, and confirm. You both receive a notification, and the booking appears on your dashboard.

How do I connect WhatsApp or Telegram notifications?+

In your schedule settings, navigate to the "Channels" section. For WhatsApp, verify your phone number and you will start receiving booking alerts. For Telegram, link your account by following the bot connection flow. Both channels support booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations.

How do I share my booking link?+

Each schedule has a unique public URL. You can copy it from the schedule detail page and share it anywhere — on your website, social media, email signature, or messaging apps. You can also embed the booking widget directly into your site.

Can I sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?+

Yes. On the Professional plan and above, go to Settings and connect your Google or Outlook calendar. IHGIZ will automatically check for conflicts so you are never double-booked, and new bookings are added to your calendar in real time.

How do video calls work?+

When creating a schedule, enable the "Video Call" option. IHGIZ generates a unique meeting link for each booking. Both you and your client receive the link in your confirmation notifications. No external app is required — calls run directly in the browser.

Can I customize my booking page?+

Yes. You can upload a logo, choose accent colors, write a welcome message, and add custom intake fields (like "Reason for visit"). Enterprise customers can fully white-label the booking page with their own domain and branding.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?+

Open the booking on your dashboard and click "Cancel" or "Reschedule." The other party is notified automatically via their preferred channel. You can also set a cancellation policy that defines how far in advance changes are allowed.
