Conversations collects every message — WhatsApp, Telegram, email, your booking page and the other channels you connect — into one thread per client, alongside the notifications IHGIZ sent them.
- Filter the list by channel, or search it.
- Open a thread to read the whole history with that client.
- Reply below: the chips above the box choose the channel the reply goes out on.
- New Message starts a conversation with any contact.
