A connected calendar is read for your busy times: anything on it blocks the same time on your schedules, so clients are never offered a slot you cannot make. Connect them under Integrations → Calendars.
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook
Connect, and sign in with that account. Connecting also enables Google Meet or Microsoft Teams under Video.
Apple Calendar
Enter your Apple ID and an app-specific password, which you create at appleid.apple.com → Sign-In and Security.
iCal URL feeds
Any calendar that publishes an iCal link. Paste it under Add an iCal URL. Sync now refreshes it straight away.
Your bookings reach you as calendar invitations by email, which add them to your calendar. IHGIZ does not write into connected calendars.
