The details
How am I billed?
Monthly or annually in advance, by card, through Stripe's hosted checkout. Annual is ten months for twelve. Prices are shown in US dollars and UAE dirhams; Stripe charges in the one that matches your location. We never see or store your card.
Can I cancel? Do I get a refund?
Cancel any time from Settings. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. There is no refund for a partial period, but if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment on a plan, write to us and we refund that payment in full.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Schedules beyond the new plan's limit are paused until you upgrade or choose which to keep; connected channels the plan does not include stop sending but keep their configuration; contacts, appointments and messages are untouched. A notification a paused channel would have carried is sent by email instead.
What counts as a connected calendar?
Any source of busy times: an ICS link, or a Google, Microsoft or Apple Calendar connection. They are counted across your account, in any mix. IHGIZ reads busy times so you are never double-booked; bookings reach you as calendar invitations by email.
What does "bring your own" cost?
Nothing from us. You connect your own Telegram bot, WhatsApp Business account, email domain or SMS provider and pay that provider directly, at their rates. IHGIZ never bills you per message, on any plan.
Is VAT included?
IHGIZ Solutions FZ-LLC is registered for UAE Corporate Tax and not currently for VAT, so prices are quoted without VAT. If VAT registration becomes required, it will be added at the applicable rate for the customers it applies to, with a tax invoice.
What is the Pilot plan?
A free-forever grant for early adopters, assigned by us and never sold. It includes everything Max has plus WhatsApp on the IHGIZ number under a fair-use cap. If you are on it, nothing on this page applies to you.
When should I talk to sales?
When you need your own domain, no IHGIZ branding at all, a deployment inside your organisation, limits beyond Max, invoicing instead of a card, or a signed agreement. That is the Custom option, priced per engagement.
