IHGIZ Solutions FZ-LLC operates ihgiz.com. When you create an account or a contact books an appointment, we store the name, email, phone number and scheduling data needed to run that booking in MongoDB Atlas. Inbound messages you send us on WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS or email are logged even if we can't match you to an existing account, so nothing you send us is silently dropped. We share message content only with the provider needed to deliver it on the channel you chose: Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API, Messenger, Instagram), Resend (email), and your organizer's configured SMS provider (e.g. Twilio). We do not sell your data.
