A schedule is one bookable service: its own hours, appointment length, rules and link. Clients can only book inside a schedule's hours, and never over a time you are busy in a connected calendar.
- Open Schedules in the sidebar.
- Create a schedule, or open the one IHGIZ made for you when you joined.
- Under Availability, choose the days you work and your hours for each.
- Set Slot Duration — how long each appointment lasts.
- Save. The schedule's link is ready to share.
Make one schedule per service, location or team member. Each can have different hours and length.
