Integrations → Channels shows how clients reach you. Platform Channels work from day one on IHGIZ's own accounts: your booking portal, the website widget, email, the IHGIZ Telegram bot and the IHGIZ WhatsApp number.
Under Your Custom Channels you can connect your own — email, Telegram bot, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and SMS — so messages go out under your name. Your own channel takes priority over the platform's for that channel. Which channels your plan includes is on the pricing page.
