The first time you open your dashboard, a short setup wizard walks you through four steps: your booking page, your hours, how you hear about bookings, and the tools that keep your times accurate. It ends with your booking link, ready to share.

The six setup steps

• Your booking page

  Your display name and your link at ihgiz.com. Needed.

• Your hours

  At least one schedule clients can book. Needed.

• Get notified

  Your own Telegram or WhatsApp linked, so booking alerts reach your phone.

• Connect a calendar

  So times you are busy elsewhere are never offered.

• Meeting links

  A Zoom, Meet, Teams or personal link attached to every booking.

• Your first booking

  Share your link and take one.

The two needed steps make your booking page work. The others save you time and missed bookings.

The dashboard checklist

Until every step is done, your dashboard carries a setup card with your score and level. While a needed step is open it shows all six steps; once your booking page works it folds to a single bar with the next step one click away — the arrow opens the full list. A step you finish between visits is celebrated once. Continue setup reopens the wizard, Take the tour starts the guided tour, and Hide tucks the card away in this browser.

Running setup again

Open Settings → Getting started → Run setup again. Every step starts from what your account already has, wherever you set it up:

• A step that is already done says Already set up. Continue passes it without changing anything.
• Forms are filled with your current values, not defaults.
• Only what you change is saved. Your schedules, linked channels, calendars, reminders and meeting links are never reset.
• Telegram and WhatsApp alerts can only be switched on once that account is linked.
