Under Integrations → Video, choose where meeting links come from. The link goes out in confirmations and reminders, and appears as the location in the client's calendar.
Custom URL
Paste a meeting link you already have, such as your Zoom personal room. The same link is used for every appointment.
Zoom
Connect your account and a new meeting is created for each appointment.
Google Meet and Microsoft Teams
Use your Google or Microsoft connection from Calendars to create a meeting for each appointment.
Use as default for new appointments sets the one IHGIZ uses.
