Do candidates need an account?

No. They answer on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email β€” no app, no sign-up.

Which video tools work?

Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams on your own account, from the Starter plan β€” or paste any meeting link on any plan.

Which WhatsApp number do candidates message?

During the pilot, IHGIZ's. After it, from the Pro plan, your own WhatsApp Business number. Email, your booking page and a chat widget work on every plan; Telegram from Starter.

Does it connect to my hiring system?

On the Max plan, through the API and signed webhooks. There's no ready-made connector for a particular system yet.
