Invite-only pilot · free while it runs

For personal trainers, studios & classes

The 6 pm class is full. A spot opens at 9:15. It's taken by 9:15.

Set the places per class. When it's full, people join the waitlist; when someone drops out, the next in line gets the spot and the confirmation — without you picking up your phone.

Your turn

Be the member

Try to get into the full 6 pm class the way Omar would.

Drawn screens, real messages: each reply is what IHGIZ sends.

Play a week of it yourself

In the tour you are the client on WhatsApp while IHGIZ books, reminds and moves the appointment on your side. A few minutes, for people rather than bots — so we ask your first name and a quick code.

Made for how you work

Built around a timetable of classes

  • Places per class

Set how many people a class takes; your page counts them down.

  • A waitlist that works

When a place frees up, the next person gets it and the confirmation, automatically.

  • Reminders before class

Up to three per booking, timed by you, depending on your plan.

  • Personal training, too

Run one-to-one sessions next to your classes, each with its own schedule.

  • Your own calendar, both ways

Busy time in Google, Outlook or Apple keeps those hours off your page, and every booking appears there through your calendar feed.

  • Ratings after class

A thank-you and a rating request after every session.

What scheduling costs you today

Put your own numbers in.

Every figure below is yours: how many bookings you handle, how long the back-and-forth takes, what your time is worth, how often people do not turn up. No industry statistic is added — change any assumption and the result follows.

Bookings through IHGIZ confirm themselves and reminders go out on their own; the time you keep is whatever share of the arranging you no longer do.

This is arithmetic on the numbers you enter, not a promise about your results.

Good to know

Do members need an app?

No. They book on your page or in WhatsApp or Telegram, and hear back on the app they use.

Who gets a freed place?

The first person on the waitlist. When a booked member cancels, they're moved in and sent the ordinary confirmation.

Can I see who's coming?

Yes. Each class shows who's booked and who's waiting, and you can mark attendance afterwards.

Which WhatsApp number do members message?

During the pilot, IHGIZ's. After it, from the Pro plan, your own WhatsApp Business number. Email, your booking page and a chat widget work on every plan; Telegram from Starter.

Can members pay or buy class packs?

Not yet. IHGIZ doesn't take payments, packs or memberships today.
