IHGIZ

Invite-only pilot · free while it runs

For accountants & tax advisers

Every client's return is due in the same few weeks. Your booking page only offers the hours you have left.

IHGIZ reads the busy time in the calendar you already use and only offers what's free. Clients say which company and which period when they book; the video link and the reminder follow.

The numbers behind it

Filing season

Clients book around your deadlines

Scroll through it: the weeks before a filing deadline.

  1. September

    The deadline wave

    Today
Every corporate-tax client wants a review in the same four weeks.
    With IHGIZ
Reviews spread over the hours you have left, week by week, up to the deadline.
  2. Deadline week

    Only free time is offered

    Today
Clients book straight over your filing work.
    With IHGIZ
Your Outlook or Google calendar stays busy; Dana only sees the hours that are left.
  3. Wed 10:05

    Which company, which period

    Today
    “Which company was this about?”
    With IHGIZ
What she wrote when booking is in the confirmation and the reminder, with the Meet link.
  4. All week

    Today
Requests in your inbox, your mobile and your partner's.
    With IHGIZ
Dana books on WhatsApp, a Riyadh client by email about Zakat, and your partner hears on Telegram — while you close the Q3 books.
  5. Every service

Services and colleagues side by side

    Today
One diary for the firm, and two clients at the same hour.
    With IHGIZ
Each service or colleague has its own schedule and hours, booked side by side on one account.
  6. Wed 15:15

Your practice system hears it was done

    Today
Updating the client record by hand after every meeting.
    With IHGIZ
Your CRM or practice software gets a signed webhook the moment it's done.

Your turn

Be the client

Book a review the way Dana would: only the hours Faisal is really free are there.

Drawn screens, real messages: each reply is what IHGIZ sends.

Play a week of it yourself

In the tour you are the client on WhatsApp while IHGIZ books, reminds and moves the appointment on your side. A few minutes, for people rather than bots — so we ask your first name and a quick code.

Made for how you work

Built around deadlines

  • Your deadlines stay blocked

Busy time from Google, Microsoft, Apple or any iCal link is never offered.

  • Clients say what they need

Their note appears in the confirmation and every reminder.

  • Your own calendar, both ways

Busy time in Google, Outlook or Apple keeps those hours off your page, and every booking appears there through your calendar feed.

  • Video meetings

Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams, created for each booking, from the Starter plan.

  • Reminders before every meeting

Up to three per booking, depending on your plan.

  • Connected to your systems

An API and signed webhooks for your CRM or practice software, on the Max plan.

What scheduling costs you today

Put your own numbers in.

Every figure below is yours: how many bookings you handle, how long the back-and-forth takes, what your time is worth, how often people do not turn up. No industry statistic is added — change any assumption and the result follows.

min

Messages back and forth, checking the calendar, confirming, sending a reminder by hand.

Your guess, not ours. Reminders go out on the channel each person actually replies on.

Value on the table each month

$1,875

Hours a month spent arranging bookings
8
What that time is worth
$1,200
No-shows a month today
9
Appointments kept, at your estimate
2.7 · $675

For comparison, a month of

  • Starter $19
  • Pro $39
  • Max $79

Bookings through IHGIZ confirm themselves and reminders go out on their own; the time you keep is whatever share of the arranging you no longer do.

This is arithmetic on the numbers you enter, not a promise about your results.

Good to know

Which calendars can IHGIZ read?

Google, Microsoft and Apple calendars, or any iCal link. Busy time is read in and never offered; your appointments go out to your calendar through a feed you subscribe to.

Do clients need an account?

No. A link, and WhatsApp, Telegram or email — whatever they already use.

What do you store about my clients?

What a booking needs — name, contact details, the appointment, its messages and any note they add. No financial records.

Which WhatsApp number do clients message?

During the pilot, IHGIZ's. After it, from the Pro plan, your own WhatsApp Business number. Email, your booking page and a chat widget work on every plan; Telegram from Starter.

Can clients pay for the meeting when they book?

Not yet. IHGIZ doesn't take payments for appointments today.
