Invite-only pilot · free while it runs

For lawyers & legal advisers

Most firms never answer a new client's email. Yours books the consultation while they're still deciding.

A private link where prospective clients book an initial consultation themselves, say what the matter is about, and get the video link — and every step of it is on the record.

The numbers behind it

A week at the firm

First consultations that start informed

Scroll through it: from an enquiry at 9 pm to a consultation on record.

  1. Wed 21:15

The enquiry that would have waited

    Today
A message at 9 pm waits for the morning — and the client calls the next firm.
    With IHGIZ
Hessa opens your link and books an initial consultation in a minute.
  2. Wed 21:16

What it's about travels with it

    Today
First calls start from zero: what is this about?
    With IHGIZ
She writes what she needs when she books. The note is in the appointment, the confirmation and the reminder.
  3. Wed 21:16

    Confirmed, Teams link inside

    Today
Emails back and forth to agree a time and send a link.
    With IHGIZ
She gets the confirmation with the Teams link, and her calendar's Yes / Maybe / No.
  4. All week

From the link, WhatsApp or email

    Today
Enquiries on the website, your mobile and the office line.
    With IHGIZ
Hessa books from the link, Faisal on WhatsApp, a client abroad by email — while you're in court.
  5. Tue 12:20

Who did what, on the record

    Today
    “Who confirmed this?” Nobody remembers.
    With IHGIZ
Every step is in the appointment's history: who booked, who confirmed, who marked it attended.
  6. Every matter

Partners and meeting rooms side by side

    Today
One diary for the whole office, and clashes between partners.
    With IHGIZ
Each partner, matter type or meeting room has its own schedule and hours, booked side by side.

Your turn

Be the client

Book a first consultation the way Hessa would, with a note for the lawyer.

Drawn screens, real messages: each reply is what IHGIZ sends.

Play a week of it yourself

In the tour you are the client on WhatsApp while IHGIZ books, reminds and moves the appointment on your side. A few minutes, for people rather than bots — so we ask your first name and a quick code.

Made for how you work

Built around confidentiality and a clear record

  • Private links

Your page stays out of the public directory unless you list it.

  • A history on every appointment

Booked, confirmed, moved, attended — each with who did it and when.

  • The client's note travels with it

What they wrote when booking appears in their confirmation and reminders.

  • Video consultations

Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, created for each booking, from the Starter plan.

  • Reminders that carry the link

A day before, an hour before — up to three, depending on your plan.

  • Your own calendar, both ways

Busy time in Google, Outlook or Apple keeps those hours off your page, and every booking appears there through your calendar feed.

What scheduling costs you today

Put your own numbers in.

Every figure below is yours: how many bookings you handle, how long the back-and-forth takes, what your time is worth, how often people do not turn up. No industry statistic is added — change any assumption and the result follows.

For comparison, a month of

  • Starter $19
  • Pro $39
  • Max $79

Bookings through IHGIZ confirm themselves and reminders go out on their own; the time you keep is whatever share of the arranging you no longer do.

This is arithmetic on the numbers you enter, not a promise about your results.

Good to know

Who can see my booking page?

Whoever you give the link to. It isn't listed in the public directory unless you choose.

Is the history an official audit log?

It's the appointment's own record of every change and who made it. Whether that meets a particular regulator's rules is for you to judge — we don't claim any certification.

What do you store about my clients?

What a booking needs — name, contact details, the appointment, its messages and any note they add. No case files.

Can clients book in Arabic, on WhatsApp?

Yes — in Arabic and five other languages. WhatsApp runs on IHGIZ's number during the pilot and on your firm's own WhatsApp Business number from Pro; email and your booking page work on every plan.

Can clients pay a consultation fee when booking?

Not yet. IHGIZ doesn't take payments for appointments today.
