Can parents book for their children?

Yes. The parent books under the name they choose, and every message goes to them.

How many weeks can be booked at once?

Up to a year of weekly lessons in one booking, if you allow repeats on that schedule.

What if I'm ill and need to move a lesson?

Move just that lesson; the parent is told straight away on the app they use.

Which WhatsApp number do parents message?

During the pilot, IHGIZ's. After it, from the Pro plan, your own WhatsApp Business number. Email, your booking page and a chat widget work on every plan; Telegram from Starter.

Can parents pay for the term online?

Not yet. IHGIZ doesn't take payments for appointments today.
